Returns & Refunds

We have a 10-day return policy on unopened and unused/worn items, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. Paws & Biscuits reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with our return policy. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused. The items must be free of any pet hair and pet odor with the tag intact and be in its original, unaltered and in resalable condition. Absolutely no exceptions! Any items that are returned and fail to meet these conditions will not be shipped back. Returns may only be eligible for regular priced items, ALL sale items are FINAL SALE and non-returnable.

Online orders can be returned, may be subject to a restocking fee or shipping charges. Returns are offered at our discretion. To get started with your return please email us. infopawsnbiscuits@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. The customer is responsible for shipping costs of all returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returns and exchanges. If your product arrived damaged in any way, please email us your order details along with a description and photo(s) of the item’s condition and we will send you a new package.

PLEASE NOTE: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at infopawsnbiscuits@gmail.com
