Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped within 24-72 hours or 3 business days of being placed. You will receive all relevant information once we have shipped your purchase. A tracking number will be provided when the order has shipped. If you have further concerns after the order has shipped, please contact USPS.

  • Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be dispatched.
  • Shipping rates will vary depending on your shipping location.
  • All U.S. orders are shipped via United States Postal Service.
  • All Canada orders are shipped via United States Postal Service.

Please be sure to double check your address as Paws & Biscuits is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect, closed or undeliverable address. We’re happy to ship your package back to a different address, but you will be asked to cover shipping costs for reshipment.  

International Orders: we do not take responsibility for customs fees. 

We have no control over transit times and what happens during transit. Once packages are given to the mail carrier. If your package is delayed, lost or damaged, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier. 

Lost & Stolen Packages:

Thewpawsnbiscuits.com cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once the parcel has been checked in at the carrier, it is beyond our control. If your package is marked as ‘delivered’ but has not arrived, please first confirm that the shipping address was accurately provided in your order. If the address is correct, we recommend contacting your local mail carrier for further assistance.
